Niedbala announce the engagement of their children Marti Jean Baker and Kevin Ray Mossman. The bride-elect graduated from Heppner High School, Blue Mountain Community College and Azusa Pacific University with a BA in music education. She toured with the Celebrant Singers for one and a half years and taught music at Riverside High School in Boardman. Kevin, of Visalia, California, attended Western Michigan Uni versity. He toured for four years with the Celebrant Singers. He is employed with Zales Jewelers. The couple plan to be married September 9, at the First Chris tian Church in Heppner. Anyone willing to assist in the program an hour or two a week, once a month, or whenever possible, is urged to contact steering committee members. All children planning to at tend and their parents are urg ed to attend an orientation sesr sion on Monday, September 11 at 7 p.m. at Hope Lutheran Church. At this time, the pro gram will be outlined, expecta tions shared and questions answered. Enrollment will be limited to 30 children due to space and number of committed volun teers.
