Mr. -and Mrs. Clarence E. Baker and Mr. and Mrs. Raymond
F. Niedbala announce the engagement of their children Marti
Jean Baker and Kevin Ray Mossman.
The bride-elect graduated from Heppner High School, Blue
Mountain Community College and Azusa Pacific University with
a BA in music education. She toured with the Celebrant Singers
for one and a half years and taught music at Riverside High
School in Boardman.
Kevin, of Visalia, California, attended Western Michigan Uni­
versity. He toured for four years with the Celebrant Singers. He
is employed with Zales Jewelers.
The couple plan to be married September 9, at the First Chris­
tian Church in Heppner.

Enrollment will be limited to
30 children due to space and

teers. The program will take
more than 30 registrations in
