The City Council will con sider the Planning Commis sions recommendations and all public input concerning the above listed ordinance at a public hearing to be held on December 12, 1994, beginning at 7:00 pm at Heppner City Hall. Copies of the proposed or dinance are available at City Hall for public examination. These hearings will be held in public meetings where de liberations of the Planning Commission and City Council will take place.
