Re cent forest health concerns have deemed this area as a high priority for vegetative management so as to reach the desired future condition, as stated in the Umatilla National Forest Land and Resources Manage ment Plan Along with forest health, wildlife, watershed, and range (graz ing) concerns will be an important part of the analysis.
