1 Heppner Gazette-Times, Heppner, Oregon Wednesday, April 25, 1990 - FIVE SWCD sprays for hemlock The Soil and Water Conservation District has been spraying for water hemlock along the creek banks as a public service. Janet Greenup of SWCD says that they have sprayed because the plant is poisonous to the touch and a hazard of children playing along the creek. Greenup says that the city of Heppner pays for the chemicals for spraying._________________ Stop in and look at th e all new 1991 S10 Blazer 4-door NOW IN S T O C K ALSO See our 1990 Chevrolet Lumina Euro Coup Wright Chevrolet, Inc.
