December 6. open house 3-6 p m . public meeting 7-9 p m The Forest Service is the lead agency for preparing management plans on the following rivers, or segments thereof, which were designated under the “ Omnibus Oregon Wild and Scenic Rivers Act of I9KM" F-agle Creek. Imnaha River. Joseph Creek. Uisiine Riser, Minam River, North Fork John Day River. North Powder River and Wenaha River The Wallowa River is identified for further study and possible inclusion as a Wild and Scenic River Woody Fine, team leader, is com mitted to giving the public "an op portunity to leant ahiM Jt Ihe W ild and Scenic Rivers Act and to^ive the public the chance to be heard with (heir ideas or preferences."
