O regon W ednesday, August 9, 1989 Sheriff’s Report Morrow County deputy assisted Boardman police depanment with a report o f possible criminal mischief July 26: Morrow County deputy assisted Boardman police department with a report o f harrassment; Morrow County deputy began the investigation into the theft o f a vchi cle battery taken from Irrigon The victim was Guy Riddle and value o f battery was unknown. July 28 Morrow County S heriff s office dispatched the Boardman am bulance to the Boardman Marina in reference to an unknown injury One subject was transported to Good Shepherd Hospital. Morrow County deputy arrested (Juirino Madrigal. 40, Boardman. for Tampering with a Witness and Menancmg Subject was lodged in the Benton County Jail He posted bail and was released; Morrow County S h eriff s office dispatched the Boardman ambulance to a report o f an unknown illness at the Boardman Marina One female was transported to Goixi Shepherd Hospital. July 29 Morrow County Sheriff s office contacted subjects in the Jumper Canyon area in reference to speeding vehicles, Morrow County deputy respond ed to the Boardman area to in vestigate a neighborhood dislur bancc Investigation is continuing. Morrow County deputy assisted Boardman Police department with a report o f a disturbance at Frontier Trailer Court July 30: Morrow County deputy responded to the Irrigon area to in vestigate a report o f a motor vehicle accident There were no injuries and only one vehicle was involved; Morrow County deputy arrested Richard Ray Creighton, 21, Irrigon. on two warrants out o f The Dalles for Failure T o Appcar/Driving Under the Influence o f Intoxicants He was lodged at Benton C o Jail in Kennewick There were no local charges.
