Michael Case o f 380 W Riverside allegedly assaulted store manager M olly Day while she was working at the Fabrics Etc store on Mam Street The incident occurred around 10 09 a m and Case reportedly turned himself tn to city police short ly thereafter Day was taken to Pioneer M em orial Hospital where she was examined and released with m inor bruises.
