Case charged with Assault IV
A tweniy five-year-old Heppner
man was charged with assault IV
follow ing an incident at a Fabric
store in Heppner last Wednesday.
Michael Case o f 380 W Riverside
allegedly assaulted store manager
M olly Day while she was working
at the Fabrics Etc store on Mam
Street
The incident occurred around
10 09 a m and Case reportedly
turned himself tn to city police short
ly thereafter
Day was taken to Pioneer
M em orial Hospital where she was
examined and released with m inor
bruises.
Case was arraigned by Judge
Charlotte Gray A court date has not
been set.
