Bridesmaid was Renea Powell, a friend o f the bride, from Tenino. Washington Flower girl was Jaylcnc Papineau o f Lexington Ring bearer was Bnan Papineau of lone Ushers were Jay Papineau and John McConnell o f Lexington Ella May Florca was soloist. Receptions were held at the Church Fellowship Hall and at the Earl Papineau home following the wedding ceremony. Washington and Stuart and Valda Smith and daughter, Heppner Hotline ' -¡-M ary Nikandcr went to Gresham with Ralph Cnjrn to visit with her son IxRoy When she got there 1-cRoy's wife was in Colorado visiting her relatives On Father's Day she took LeRoy and his sons Alan and Scan out to dinner On Wednesday Mary's sister Winifred came up from Gcarticart to take Mary to her house for a few days On the way they had lunch with Alex and Jo Thompson, former Heppner residents, who live in Portland Winifred lives on a cliff over looking the ocean and has a beautiful view ot the ocean and light house While in Gearhart Mary visited with lots of friends and had a luncheon with a group of ladies. LeRoy brought his mother home Adeine Stone and her daughter Elaine from W ashington and Elaine's granddaughter Daffeny went to Pasadina. "Without this m easure. 143 Oregon school districts will actually receive less in 1987 than they did in 1986," the governor said "That's why it’* so vital."
