Non-swimmers or weak swimmers must remain in the shallow end 14 To he able to swim in the deep end a swimmer must be able to swim two widths and tump into six (6) feet o f water and tread for one minute 15 Indiv iduals arc not allowed in pool after consumption of intoxicating substances 16 The pool may be cleared and/or closed at the discretion of the lifeguard in sase o f an accident, drowning, severe weather conditions, etc. 17. Individuals violating the above rules will he first warned, if warning is ignored swimmers will he asked to leave for the remainder o f the day.
