Hcppner, Oregon provides this notice o f the availability of un compensated services in accordance with regulations promulgated by the Secretary of Health and Human Ser vices. set forth in 42 CFR, Part 124 Federal law requires that Pioneer M em orial H ospital provide a reasonable amount of care without charge to people who cannot afford care.
