T rrru Lindsay •nd I j i ( urn» have been selected by Heppner High School for recognition during the month of January Missy Kubanka, a junior at Hep pner High, was choaen a» thu month'» athlete of the month Eubank» is in her third season of playing basketball Two years of the three, on varsity For the non league season Ku banks has averaged 11 4 points and 10 4 rebounds a game Eubanks is also involved in volley ball This was her third season as well Eubanks was secretary of her class and she is also active in Girls Athletic Booster Chib With an accumulative grade point average of 4 00, Teresa Lindsay, a junior, was chosen as this month's student of the month Lindsay is involved in many act Uvities at the high school, which included Future Farmers of America. National Honor Society, and Girls Athletic Booster Hub Lindsay is also on the varsity basketball team and has helped her team to a S-0 league record Heppner High s new counselor. Mrs Lu Curtis, was chosen as the faculty person of the month Curtis Is currently the senior class advisor, as well Before coming to the high school.
