That the road is located in Town I ship 4S Kange 29K Section 30. and I is identified on the attached map which is marked Exhibit A ” and is i incorporated hterein by reference That the owners of the land adjacent to the portion of the Arhuc kle Stock D rive which is in question have requested that the road be closed lo motor vehicle traffic. That closing the road between U S Forest Service Road No 5326 Shaw Creek Grade i and Arbuckle Moun tain itself is in the public interest, as the road has become unsuitable lor motor vehicle traffic.
