Sept 14. about 5 a m and attacked our cat I had Just let him out so thank God I was still awake and heard the racket on the porch as he tried lo get away from them The arthritis is bad in his hips and he couldn't get away One of them had him by the thigh and was shaking him A few seconds later and I would have been too late to save him lie will live but he was badly hurt My letter is also to everyone in the community to alert them of the fact that such animals are running loose Please take extra precautions for the safety of your cats and small dogs Tiger was putting up the best fight he could I do sincerely hope there are two large light colorrd dogs wtih enough deep cat scratches that they suffered some too and that the owners will see the scratches and realize that their dogs did this Those dogs should be chained or fenced in Sincerely.
