Ihr llrppnrr 1.4/rllr r i m r v llrppnrr PUBLIC NOTICE VA ready to pay property taxes The Oregon Department of Yeter an*' Affairs is preparing to pay the 1984 85 property taxes on veterans loans After taxes are paid on November IS, 1984 veterans Mill be notified in writing of the exact amount paid on their properties Borrowers who desire to do so may reimburse the IVpartm ent in a lump sum (or taxes paid, and lower their 1985 standard payments says a news release from the Department of Veterans Vffairs Payment will be accepted only for the full amount of taxes paid Payments received by Decem ber 13, 1984 will automaticaliy have proper ty taxes removed from the payment coupons Borrowers who pay after that date will receive their regular coupon book A rev ised coupon tiook with the tax portion removes) from the standard payment will tie sent later Borrowers who do not wish to reimburse the Department for taxes will be sent regular payment coup ons that include an amount for taxes The tax reimbursement program went into effect with the 198184 property tax year at the request of some veteran borrowers who wished to pay their own taxes concluded the news release PUBLIC NOTICE The Town of Lexington is accept ing bids for backhoe work to excav ate approximately 24(X) ft of ditch to lay mainline pipe For information contact Hay Papmeau.
