D Tibbies have made their home in Heppner since 1934 and have liv ed at 185 S Chase since 19:16 They both work at keeping the lawn and many flower beds and the vegetable section very neat Mrs Tibbies declares that their yard ha» been prettier other years and that it usually looks tietter at other times of the year than now near the end of the summer period, however, the row of red geraniums in the brick planter the marigolds, asters, snapdragons, phlox, dahlias, hybiscus.
