TOPS fix breakfast for early fans For you early parade fans, this year a cowboy breakfast will be served at the Heppner City Park from 5:30 to 0 a.m., Saturday. AuRust 27, The TOPS Club of Heppner will be cooking up a menu of sausage, pancakes and eggs. Price for adults is $3 75 and $2 75 for senior citizens and children Juice and milk are extra with coffee at no charge. Cow Belles to do demonstrations The Morrow County CowBelles will be demonstrating a beef recipe each day of the fair between 3 and 5 p.m. The CowBelles extend an invitation to every one visiting the fair to come by the Cow Belles' booth and taste the recipes. Three recipes that will be featured at the fair will be: Pizza Meatballs. Western Lite BroiJ and Hawaiian Meatballs. The group will be offering the "Wheel of Fortune" each day where a person takes a spin of a wheel for 50 cents and wins a prize. lYizes will I beef tea, beef si":.t!i bals. si l .i!cl pails, $5 beef certific.'itcs, cookbooks, jerky mix and much more. The CowBelles are always ad vertizing and promoting beef. A drawing will be held on Wednes day evening at the livestock auction for a $100 beef certificate and a clock radio. Tickets for that drawing will be available from now on for 50 cents and 25 cents at Gardner's Men's Wear in Hep pner, and of course, at the CowBelles booth located in the kitchen area during the fair week. Get your tickets now so you have a chance. The CowBelles will have on hand all kinds of free recipes and brochures, so drop by their booth and look at them.
