Homowner ond Renter Refund Program (HARRP) refunds to homeowners ond renters will be increased by approximately 1200,000 in fiscal year 1 983-1984. Possoge of this measure will reduce Generol fund expenditures for the 1981-1983 biennium by approximately $800,000.
