DA'g Report Arnold Otis Wilson, 51. of Heppner, was scheduled last Friday In Morrow County Dis trict Court for trial on charges of allegedly Driving While Suspended, reported Morrow County District Attorney Ann Spicer. The judge, on his own motion, reduced the charge to No Operator's License and fined Wilson $55. In Morrow County Circuit Court action. Allen Tompkins, 19. of Irrigon. came before the court last Friday to show cause why his probation should not be revoked for failure to comply with the terms of his probation. Spicer said his probation was re voked and he was sentenced to legal and physical custody of the Oregon State Corrections Division for three years. In Irrigon Justice Court, Spior id Kort Arthur Ly"", 27. of Irrigon, was found guilty of Failure to Yield Right of Way on Monday, Oct. 18. The county-wide event is scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 4, at the Morrow County Fair grounds in Heppner. Anyone interested in selling their art, crafts or Christmas baked goods should reserve table space before Wednes day, Nov. 10.
