the Oregon State Corrections
Division for three years.

annually sponsored arts and
crafts fair.
The county-wide event is
scheduled for Saturday, Dec.
4, at the Morrow County Fair
grounds in Heppner.
Anyone interested in selling
their art, crafts or Christmas
baked goods should reserve
table space before Wednes
day, Nov. 10.
