Payment of the following listed del inquent taxes Kith interest and costs of service aust be made by March 15, 1982 or said warrants shall be filed with the County Clerk of Morrow County, Oregon, to be entered in the judgment docket of said county shall become a lien upon the title to any interest in real property owned by the person against whom the warrant is Issued, and the taxes on personal property embraced in the warrant with intereat, penaltiea and costs applicable thereto, shall continue as a lien on all the personal property of the person aaeessed as otherwise provided by law. (Larry) Gentry HEPPNER V.F, (Larry) Ontry, 71 died Tuesday. Feb. 2. 1982. in Heppner. He was born July 15. 1910. at Heppner. the son of Frank and Myrtle Munkers Gentry. A lifetime resident of the area, he was a farmer on upper Rhea Creek. On July 1. 1935. he was married to Inez Sophie Hayes in Walla Walla. Wash ington. Funeral services were held Saturday. Feb. 6. at the First Christian Church in Heppner, with the Rev. Donald Shelton officiating. Betty Marquardt was organist, accompanying singers were Dave Piper and Carlita Bloodsworth. Casket bearers were Fay Prock. Darrell Harris, Dallas Craber, Dallas McDaniel, Harold Peck and Dick Rice. Concluding services and interment were at Heppner Masonic Cemetery with Sweeney Mortuary in charge of arrangements. , Mr. Gentry is survived by his wife. Inez, of Heppner; a son. Burke (Cap) Gentry, also of Heppner: a sister. Faye Andrea, of Portland: one grandchild and several nieces and nephews. food Sea Seal! Eldon Leslie Madden PENDLETON Eldon Leslie Madden. 80. a former lone resident, died Tuesday, February 2. 1982 at Amber Valley Care Center, Pendle ton. Funeral services were Fri day. Feb. 5. at II a.m. at The Dell Cemetery. Jamieson, Oregon. Mr Madden was born March 19. 1901. Self employed, he lived in lone for over 20 years before moving to Pen dleton about three and a half years ago. He is survived by one son, Leslie Madden of Portland: two daughters. Darlene Steele of Portland and Doloris Bar nett. Pendleton: four grand children and four great grandchildren. Burns Mortuary. Pendleton, was in charge of arrange ments. Diane Graham SALEM Word has been received in lone of the death of Diane Graham of Salem, the wife of the Rev. Bill Graham, who served the lone United Church of Christ for several years. Mrs. Graham died Satur day. February 6. 1982. Funeral services were Tuesday. February 9 at 7 p.m. at Zion United Church of Christ. Gresham. Oregon. Oregon Central Chapter, or the Multi ple Sclerosis Society of Port land, Oregon. Inc. Hershel Townsend PORTLAND Hershel Townsend. 72. a former lone resident, died in Portland Saturday. February 6. 1982. Mr. Townsend was born July 1. 1909. in Sebka. Minn., the son of Elmer and Myrtle Thurston Townsend. He came to Oregon in 1912 and attended Portland schools. He was married to Pat Bleakman on May 3, 1941. in Heppner. In 1968 he retired from ranching in lone and moved to Portland where he and his wife. Pat, managed the Cabana Motel until 1980. He was a member of Heppner B.P.O.E. No. 358. the Heppner Gun Club, and Willows Grange. lone. Funeral services were held Tuesday. February 9. at the Heppner Elks Temple, with officers of B.P.O.E. 358 offici ating. Ron McDonald was soloist, accompanied by Rikka Tews at the piano Concluding services and interment were at High View Cemetery, lone. Casket bearers were Les Madden. Gary Morgan. Joe Halvorsen.
