The Morrow County Shcr- at his renilTK'P A Morrow iff' Office at the Morrow County Courthouse in Heppner handled the following mils over the past week: On Sept. 14 a fire waif reported at the Klnzua Corp. mill In Heppner in the plainer building. The Heppner Fire Dept. responded to the call. In another Sept. 14 incident. Earl Trudeau. Boardman. was arrested by a Morrow Co. Sheriffs deputy for alleged rape III. sexual abuse II. contributing to sexual delin quency and sexual miscon tJuct. Trudeau posted bail and was released. Also on Sept. 14, Frederick Glenn Roy was arrested by the Boardman police Dept. on a Hermiston warrant for failure to pay a driving under the influence of alcohol fine and was also charged with theft of services by the Boardman Police Dept. Roy was lodged at the Hermiston Safety Center. On Sept. 15, Louis Tomlin son, Boardman requested an officer regarding a fraud theft complaint. The Boardman Police Chief responded to the call. In a Sept. 17 incident, Jack McWhlnnie, Umatilla, report ed the theft of a tape deck, speakers, tapes and fishing rod and reel from his boat, docked at the Irrigon Marina On Sept. 18, Judge Krnest Jorgensen, Irrigon, reported a burglary at the Irrigon Lion's Club. Also on Sept. IB, Carol Moon, Irrigon, reported a burglary and theft of a television, stereo equipment and sleeping bags from her residence while she was on vacation A Morrow County Sheriff's deputy took the call. In another Sept. 18 incident. he Sheriff's Office received a call from the Dodge City Motel In Boardman, it was reported a woman there had fallen. A Boardman ambulance re sponded to the call. On Sept. 20, Gary C-n. Irrigon, reported a burglary Road repoHw The Morrow Co. Public Works Iept has released the following work .report for the week ending Seplemtier !! In the Boardman Irrigon area potholes were patched with hot mix on Irrigon-Ordi-nance Road and Irrigon No 11. Crushed rock was tsprend on No. 777. South Morrow County patch ing included: Lindsay West. Baker E.-W, Road. Juniper and Willow Creek. A section of the North and South Bombing Range Road was oiled Culverts were replaced on the Dee Cox Road and the Doherty Alpine Road.
