The Gazette-Times, Heppner, Oregon, Thursday January 11, 1979 THIRTEEN Public Notice Public Notice Public Notice SCHOOL DISTRICT MEETING The Board of Directors of the Morrow County School District will hold its regular meeting at 7:30 p.m., Monday, Jan. 15 in the lone High School Library. Among items to be dis cussed will be the district's transportation policy. The board will hear a report on proposed changes in state standards and will also con sider a number of personnel items, including procedures for the selection of adminis trators for new schools to open next year, and the renewal of contracts for two of the district's administrators. INVITATION OR ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID A. An Invitation to Bid is ex tended by the Board of Directors of Morrow County School District R-l Morrow County, Oregon, for construc tion of a Grade School lur Boardman, Oregon. Work to be performed under one General Contract which will include mechanical and electrical work. Sealed bids will be received until Tuesday, January 30, 1979 at 7:30 p.m. PST at A.C. Houghton Grade School, Irrigon, Oregon. Bids will be opened publicly at the above stated time and place and read aloud. Bids received after the time fixed for opening cannot be consid ered. Bidders and other prop erly interested are invited to be present at the Bid Opening. B. Documents: (1) Specifications, including bid and contract documents and drawings may be examin ed or secured at the Office of Architects Robert J. Smith and Martin T.
