SCHOOL DISTRICT MEETING
The Board of Directors of
the Morrow County School
District will hold its regular
meeting at 7:30 p.m., Monday,
Jan. 15 in the lone High School
Library.
Among items to be dis
cussed will be the district's
transportation policy.
The board will hear a report
on proposed changes in state
standards and will also con
sider a number of personnel
items, including procedures
for the selection of adminis
trators for new schools to open
next year, and the renewal of
contracts for two of the
district's administrators.

A. An Invitation to Bid is ex
tended by the Board of
Directors of Morrow County
School District R-l Morrow
County, Oregon, for construc
tion of a Grade School lur
Boardman, Oregon.
Work to be performed under
one General Contract which
will include mechanical and
electrical work. Sealed bids
will be received until Tuesday,
January 30, 1979 at 7:30 p.m.
PST at A.C. Houghton Grade
School, Irrigon, Oregon.
Bids will be opened publicly
at the above stated time and
place and read aloud. Bids
received after the time fixed
for opening cannot be consid
ered. Bidders and other prop
erly interested are invited to
be present at the Bid Opening.
B. Documents:
(1) Specifications, including
bid and contract documents
and drawings may be examin
ed or secured at the Office of
Architects Robert J. Smith
and Martin T. Hasegawa,
Route 3, Box 100, Ontario,
Oregon 97914 (Highway 201)
and Administration Office,
Morrow County School Dis
trict R-l, Lexington, Oregon.

(1) Refunds: The full amount
of deposit for documents will
be refunded to actur"bidders
upon return of the documents,
unmutilated and without
marks or annotations at or
before the time set for opening
bids. Other deposits will be
refunded with deductions for
the actual cost of reproduction
of the documents under the
same conditions. Bidders not
bidding after making deposit
and not returning documents
before addenda time, will
forfeit half of their deposit.

By virtue of an execution
issued out of the above entitled
court in the above-entitled
cause to me directed and
dated the 2nd day of Novem
ber, 1978, upon a judgement
rendered and entered in said
court on the 2nd day of
October, 1978, in favor of Mull
Tin Shop, Inc., an Oregon
Corporation, plaintiff, and
against Floyd W. Wiley and
Larry M. Ray, doing business
as E.M.L. Contractors, defend
-ants, for the sum of Two
Thousand One Hundred Ten
and No-100 Dollars ($2,110.00)
with interest thereon at the
rate of 6 per cent per annum
from the 7th day of Septem
ber, 1977, and for the further
sum of $61.00 costs and
disbursements and the costs of
and upon this writ, I certify
that on the 29th day of Novem
ber, 1978, I levied on all the
right, title and interest of the
within-named defendant,
Floyd W. Wiley, in and to the
following-described real prop
erty situated in Morrow Coun
ty, Oregon, to-wit:

point of beginning;
Excepting therefrom the fol
lowing: Beginning at the Northwest
corner of Lot 4, Block 2 West;
thence East 160 feet to a point;
thence South 100 feet to the
point of beginning of this
description; thence South 100
feet to a point, thence East
118.94 feet to a point; thence
North 100 feet to a point;
thence West 118.94 feet to the
point of beginning.
All being in the County of
Morrow, State of Oregon.
Now, Therefore, by virtue of
said execution and in com
pliance with the commands of
said writ I will, on Thursday,
the 15th day of February, 1979,
at 10:00 a.m. at the front door
of the Morrow County Court
house in Heppner, Morrow
County, Oregon, sell at public
auction, subject to the re
demption, to the highest
bidder for cash in hand all the
right, title and interest which
the within-named defendant,
Floyd W. Wiley had on the 2nd
day of October, 1978, the date
of the enrolling and docketing
of the judgement herein, or
since that date had in and to
the above-described property
or any part thereof to satisfy
said execution, interest, costs
and accruing costs.
