The board of the Heppner Library agreed to offer the community this bonus for the first time this year in cele bration of National Library Week. The librarian was instructed to take back all books without charging the usual five cents a day fine. She and the board are very hopeful that the many overdue books will come home to the library shelves during the eight fine free days.
