OI.CC BANS BAR GAMBLING Liquor sellers who allow gambling on the premises may lose their licenses under new rules adopted by the Oregon Liquor Control Com mission. The new commission rules, effective July 1. forbid holders of licenses to have gambling devices on the premises or let anybody engage in unlawful gambling on the premises. Violations may be punished by a warning, suspension of license, fine or revocation of license. The commission held two hearings at which non-profit organizations and clubs fought the proposals. Attorney General Lee John son first asked for the rules. Foes expressed belief that the OLCC had no right under the law to adopt such rules, but Johnson's office said they are within the police powers of the commission. - 1:30 P M. 30. 000-wan Light Plant S-2SO0-watt Power Plant BO-cycle Powor Plant I -Lit her Alforjla tag.
