She has been published in Creative Review, All-Time Favorite Poetry. The Piversi fier and in Poet's Critic. Some of her poetry has been rend on the TV Poetrv Broadcast. author. Dee Dovle of Santa llosa. They use the pseudo nym Doyle Morris. Their more recent stories include romance, which did not used to he acceptable in this type of writing. Mrs. Morris feels that science-fiction can bo a sort of shock-absorber for the future as she points out the Buck Rogers stories were before the space-age began. Asked what helpful sug gestion she could offer would Ih writers, she recommended study of the 1974 edition of Rudolph Flesch's "The Art of Readable Writing." science-fiction and has just learned that she is listed in the 1075 International Who's Who In Pootrv. She is Coleeta Morris. She and her husband Jim have come from Santa llosa. IV, to stay with their daughter, Marie Struthers. and her husband, Kd, and their child ren in the hi(J. square, white house that also quarters the Lexington Post Office. Mrs. Morris started writing plays when she was in the 6th She has written science fiction for more than 10 years and says that this type of w rit inn 's now recognized as legitimate. "J Refuge offers free l-ocal people who are inter ested in a few trees for their own use should plan to come to the Umatilla National Wildlife Refuge. Saturday morning. March 1 between 8a.m. and 1 p.m. Refuge Manager John Kurtz said they have several hun dred trees between 8 and 15 feet tall that are no longer needed by the refuge. The refuge staff will dig the trees but cannot deliver them. Kurtz said they have an abundance of thornless honey locust. Wild American plum and Russian mulberry. Quan tities of these i trees will probably be limited to 6 or 8 per person, depending on demand.
