Many of these persons for merly had to pick up their forms at banks or post offices. This year an additional 100.000 returns will be delivered directly to these residences and post office boxes. So. from Dec. :6 until Jan. 3 small and large sacks of tax packets will be on their way. The little hamlet of Medical Springs, near Pendleton, will gel the smallest number since it has only two residences. Friend, in the rural Portland area, runs a close second with three residences.
