Work on the subdivision, provided the city council sustains the planning com mission decision, is scheduled to begin April 15. Unruh told the commission that the city could expect to get $11,400 in new taxes each year from the real estate alone, and that the city would he relieved of the expenses of maintaining the subdivision, which would be done by the owners.
