Dr. Oldfield to Speak at Farm - City Banquet Fewer Oregon farms are producing more and more of the state's total food and fiber. Fewer people are living on farms and even less claim "farmer" as their occupation. As a follow-up to the National Farm City Week the Heppner Morrow County Chamber of Commerce and Morrow Co. Livestock Growers Association sponsors the annual Farm City liunquct, December 8th at 7 p.m. in the Heppner High School Cafetorium. The emphasis will be on the changes in today's agriculture.
