Speaker will le Howard Busse, executive director and founder of youth Adven tures, Inc., a private agency specializing in providing re-, sideutiai care and treatment for troubled youth in Oregon. Biology Students Visit Coast Sixteen exhausted biology enthusiasts returned home, April 1G, after spending four active and interesting days on the 1972 Coast trip. The group comprised of 13 Hep pner High School students, Steve Brownfield, Biology In structor, Mona Marsiiall and Mr. and Mrs. O W Cuts forth, left Heppner early Thurs. morning. Traveling through central Oregon and Eugene, the group arrived at Cape Perpetua late in the afternoon. After exploring the beach and rocks for a short while, camp was set up in Neptune State Park, not then opened for the camp ing season. Park officials visited the camp the following morning and opened the park for fu ture visitors. Friday found the group sit ting at the edge of Devil's Churn, romping up beaches, and a two iiour search for the proposed campsite. De vil's Lake State Park was eventually located and dinner was enjoyed in Lincoln City. Early Sat. morning, boys sleeping in two tents were awakened by a rush of water through their temporary housing. Over a ' inch of water covered the flours of the tents, due to an unex pected rain storm Attempts were made at crabbing Sat.; but to noavall. Cape Meareswas selected as the final campsite, but due to the separation of the three vehicles and complications, the caravan finally came to rest at Cape Look-out. After unsuccessful clam ming in the mud-flats of Ne tarts Bay on Sun. morning, camp was broken, and a weary group headed for Heppner, making various stops on the journey home.
