Mis Ryan, a Riverside High School student, cave a report to the group on her trip as dele gate to Girls' State at Salem. The Women's group helped sponsor the trip. Card party hostesses appoint ed were: Oct. 19, Mrs. Donovan; Oct. 26. Hazel Carpenter; Nov. 2, Mrs. Bill Bates; Nov. 9, Mrs. Chub Warren. The fall prize program will start with the Oct. 19 party, and the first night party will be held Oct. 23, starting with potluck supper at 6:30 p.m. Hostesses will be Mrs. Carpenter and Mrs. W. G. Seehafer. The next meeting will bo held Nov. 10 with Mrs. Bates as host ess. Election of officers will be held at that time. Budget Set Up Greenfield Grange met Satur day afternoon at the hall at 2 p.m. Mrs. Bernard Donovan was hosthess. A discussion was held on set ting up a budget yearly for the grange. Long Trip Oyer Everett Hadley has returned home from a ten day trip dur ing which he traveled 4133 miles. He went first to Canada to visit the Radium Hot Springs. Calgary, Edmonton and Regina, then back through Montana, Colorado, Wyoming, and on to New Mexico and Arizona, then back through Nevada and Idaho and home. Mrs. Pete Peterson has return ed home from a two weeks trip with her mother. Mrs. Martin Gronberg of Choteau, Mont., and her sister, Mrs. Joe Varelia of Anaconda. Mont.
