ORDER NOW comes this matter on for hearing on Petition of more than 25 of the holders evidence of title or title to lands lying with the property hereinafter describ ed and the Court having here tofore entered an Order that a hearing upon the said Petition be held at 7:30 P.M. Wednes day. August 26, 1970 at the Boardman City Hall, Boardman, Oregon, and that no objections either written or oral were made at this time and place for the said hearing, and the Court be ing fully advised in the prem ises; IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that an election shall be held with in the proposed district as here in described, and the question of the formation of said Rural Fire Protection District shall be sub mitted to the qualified electors of said proposed district; and al so there shall be elected five (5) directors of the district, eacn oi whom shall be a qualified voter and freeholder within the dis trict.
