hearing on Petition of more than
25 of the holders evidence of
title or title to lands lying with
the property hereinafter describ
ed and the Court having here
tofore entered an Order that a
hearing upon the said Petition
be held at 7:30 P.M. Wednes
day. August 26, 1970 at the
Boardman City Hall, Boardman,
Oregon, and that no objections
either written or oral were made
at this time and place for the
said hearing, and the Court be
