Also present were Grace Drake, Morrow County Juvenile counsellor and Mrs. Charles Heard of the Heppner Gazette- Times. Mr. Wilson is visiting the rur al areas in an effort to find human resources that can be us ed to an advantage in treating those with mental problems. "Tensions build up, he says "and sometimes all the person needs is someone to have cof fee with, or stay with the child ren while they get out or some one to show them "just plain neighborliness'." He is searching for a solution of problems In the rural areas. He mentioned the use that could be made of the IED closed circuit TV if it were to be brought into Morrow County. Treatment can take many paths into vocation al rehabilitation, child welfare, mental health, child guidance, marriage counselling and alco holism.
