An all white background was carried out in wedding baskets of white gladioli and white chrysanthe mums flanked by tapers in can dleabra. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Taylor of Lakeview. and the groom is the son of Alton Osmin and the late Virginia Osmin of Heppner. Her detachable chaDel train was fastened at the waistline, and a bouffant shoulder-lengtfi veil was held by a floral headpiece. She carried a white Bible, top ped with a bridal bouquet of pink roses and long white streamers. Miss Aleatha Patterson ofl Anchorage, Alaska, was the maid of honor. Bridesmaid at tendants were Mrs. Donna Os min of Heppner. sister-in-law of the groom, and Mrs. Dale Won- deny of Salem, sister of the groom. Their identical sleeveless streetlength gowns of mint green cotton featured embroid ered white daisies and EmDire waisuines, ine inree attendants carried single dark pink roses. Flower girl was Linda Wil- liams of Lakeview. wearine a sieeveiess two-tier aress of mint green with white embroidered daisies. Attending as best man was Mitchell Ashbeek of Echo. Ush ers were David Taylor, U. S. Na vy, brother of the bride: Albert Osmin, Heppner, brother of the groom, and Don Wonderly, Sa lem, brother-in-law of the groom. Chris Lindsev of Lakeview was the ring bearer, and can dle lighters were Art Osmin of Heppner, brother of the groom, and Robbie Nutten of Salem. cousin of the groom. Organ selections were played bv Mrs. Mollie Sullivan, who lso accompanied Mrs. Carolyn Grogan, who sang "Whither Thou Goest", "The Lord's Pray er", and O Feriect Love." For her daughter's wedding, Mrs. Taylor had selected a beige sheath with brown lace coat, brown net hat, white ac cessories, and corsage of dark pink roses. Also attending was the groom's grandmother. Mrs. Bes sie Nutten of Redmond. The newlyweds greeted their guests at a reception in the church parlors following the ceremony. Wedding cake was cut by Mrs. Clair Smith, assisted by Mrs. Don Lindsey and Mrs. Axel Felt. Serving coffee was Mrs. Calvert Jones, aunt of the bride; serving punch was Mrs. Marsh all Jones, aunt of the bride, and Mrs. Axel Koefoed. In charge of the guest book was Sherron Reed and at the gift table were Sonja Norton and Gail Bourie. For their wedding trip to Cra ter Lake and Salem, the new Mrs. Osmin wore a three-piece navy blue and white suit and the pink rose corsage from her bridal bouquet. The young couple is now at home at their ranch home near Heppner. Mrs. Osmin is contin uing her employment at the First National Bank of Oregon in Heppner. Altar Society Holds Annual Fall Party The annual fall card partv sponsored by St. Patrick's Altar Society was held September 29 at me parisn nan. Bridge winners were Mrs. Roh- ert Davidson, high. Mrs. Creston Robinson, second high, Mrs. John Ledbetter low. Mrs. Rilev Mun- kers won the bridge door prize.
