Doc and his musical sextet furnished entertainment at the awards banquet, and most of the honors that Robin had won were kept secret from him un til the moment of presentation. Hynd said that Doc delighted the crowd by blowing his trum pet when each award for Robin was announced. When it came his turn to take the honors for "Doc's Sure Cash," Robin re sponded by taking his trumpet and loudly blowing it for him.
