Winners In the annual cake baking contest sponsored by the Wheat League, are pictured at top, left Mrs. Carl Rhea (left) ol Lexington was first place win ner and Mrs. Mike Saling ol Heppner took second place. Mrs. Rhea will enter the state bakeoff. Highlight at the fair again this year was the pig scramble last Thursday night before a crowd that took all spectator space available in the livestock arena (top, center). The kids had to do a lot of running but the pigs In the end, didn't have a chance. Nels Anderson, former Morrow county agent presents trophy to Patti Healy as grand champion livestock showman (top right). The Andersons donate the trophy, and Nels was able to come back this year to make the presentation before taking his now position in Polk county. Outstanding 4-H girls in clothing at this year's Style Revue were the two grand champions pictured second from top (left). Linda Heath (left) was overall champion in clothing construction and was named reserve champion in the Style Revue; Jill berg was grand champion in Style Revue and knitting construe- tion. Kenneth Jackson, assistant manager of the asso ciation and Kyle are shown with the steer in the picture third from top (left).
