Woodroofe District Clerk c NOTICE OF SCHOOL ELECTION Upon Question of Increasing Tax Levy Over Amount Limited by Section 11, Article x.1, Oregon uonsuiuuon Notice Is hereby given that an election will be held in Blue Mountain Area Education District of Umatilla and Morrow Coun ties, State of Oregon, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on April 2, 1968, at the polling places listed for the bond election published here with, in said school district, for the purpose of submitting to the qualified voters of said district the question of increasing the tax lew for the fiscal year 1968-1969 over the amount limited by section 11, article XI, of the Constitution of Oregon. The reasons for increasing such levy are: The funds are needed to operate Blue Mountain Community College. The district has no tax base.
