They have two children, a son. Oakley Ott of Nyssa and a daughter. Mrs. Rhoda Ann Breeding. Heppner. BOTH FRED and Cecile Ott are excellent cooks. She has been working in restaurants for 10 years, and they have owned restaurants la heppner for a total of five years. For a time they operated Fred's Cafe up the street from the Wagon Wheel.
