All club mem- hom will assist her. AH new comers to the community are urged to attend. The next meeting will be the annual Christmas party Decem ber 14 at the home of Mrs. La Vern Partlow. There will be no second meeting in either No vember or December. The Mothers Club of Board man Grade school met last Wed nesday at the school with Mrs. Vernon Russell. Mrs. Delmer Hug and Mrs. Harold Baker as hostesses. The O E.A. dinner was report ed as netting approximately $70. A report was also made on the Hunters Breakfast. The annual Christmas tree and program was planned for December 22 at 8 p.m. Mrs. Bob Sicard will be in charge of treats. Mrs. Baker is chairman to obtain a film for the school rhildrpn for the last day of school December 23 before va cation starts. Mrs. Russell and Mrs. Hug are in charge of getting a Christ mas doll and boys' toy. Mem bers will make clothes for the doll. Greenfield Junior Grange met Thursday night of last week at the grange hall. Nathan Thorpe, county deputy and senior gTange master, presented the grange with its charter with 31 names on it. He also instructed them in balloting for new mem bers. The - meeting dates were changed to the first Thursday and third Saturday of each month. Meetings start at 6:30 p.m. Drill practice will start at the next meeting November 20. Eight honorary members were present at the meeting. Mrs. Guy Ferguson was hon ored with a surprise birthday party at her home Thursday evening of last week when a group of friends called. She was presented with a cake and gifts. Present were Mrs. Charles An deregg of Pendleton, Mrs. Glen Carpenter, Mrs. Claud Coats, Mrs Louise Earwood, Mrs. Zearl Gillespie and Mrs. Frank Mar low. Cafeteria menus for Riverside High school and Boardman Grade school for the week of November 22-24 are as follows: Monday hamburger gravy over buns, mixed vegetables and fruit; Tuesday turkey and dressing, mashed potatoes and gravy, rolls, cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie. Wednesday hash, French bread, green beans and fruit. School will be dismissed Thursday and Friday for Thank sgiving vacation. Bread, butter and milk are ' served with all meals.
