Greenfield Junior Grange met
Thursday night of last week at
the grange hall. Nathan Thorpe,
county deputy and senior
gTange master, presented the
grange with its charter with 31
names on it. He also instructed
them in balloting for new mem
bers. The - meeting dates were
changed to the first Thursday
and third Saturday of each
month. Meetings start at 6:30
p.m.
Drill practice will start at the
next meeting November 20.
Eight honorary members were
present at the meeting.
Mrs. Guy Ferguson was hon
ored with a surprise birthday
party at her home Thursday
evening of last week when a
group of friends called. She was
presented with a cake and gifts.
