Given In marrlace by her father, the bride wore a whit lace over nvlon talteta town, with full Illusion veil held In place by an orange blosaora tiara. She carried white fam ily Bible, topped with pink ruf fled carnation. Mis rat rid a Davit. Monu ment, attended her aister at maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Mrs. Nestle Krhardt, titter of the bride. Portland; Kathy How ell. Monument, and Dana Dress, Spirit Lake, friendt of the bride. The attendants wore pink and blue taffeta dresses, with white accessories, and carried pink and white carnation bouquets. Flower girl were Shannon and Leasa Krhardt, nieces of the bride, Portland, and ring bearer was Tommy Erhardt, nephew of the bride. Best man was Don Capon of Monument. Ushers were Ronnie Brisboa. Francis Chittock, both of Monument, and Gene Cecil, John Day. Mrs. Neva Jones was organist and accompanied Mrs. R. Dun can when she sang, "Oh Perfect Love." and The Lord's Prayer." Styled with sabrina neckline and loner pointed sleeves, the frock's bouffant skirt extended into a chapel-lencth train. Her elbow-length veil was held In place bv a pillbox of pearl-embroidered satin with a pearl pendant falling over the fore hoari. Ttn hride carried a bou quet of red roses centered with a white orchid. Miss Glenda Longberg was honor attendant Mrs. Ronald Neher. sister of the bride, and Mrs. Klcnard Armstrong, were bridesmaids. All wore ankle length white shantung, empire styled sheath frocks. Their head dresses were of red roses and tiny white veils. Each attend ant carried a single long-stemmed red rose. Linda Clough, niece of the bride, and Marilyn Svendsen, sister of the bridegroom, were inninr attendants. Their dresses matched those of the other at tendants, and they wore floral wristlets. Dale Hofstetter served as best man with Mvron Marsnau OI Dallas and DeWayne Hofstetter as ushers. Guests were greeted at a re ception in the church social room. After the traditional cut ting of the first piece by the bride and groom, it was served by Mrs. Alice Magee and Mrs. Pnhert Kirk. A graduate ol Heppner Mign school with the class of 1959, the new Mrs. Nelsen has lived in Ralpm for some time, where she is employed as a beautician. Her husband was a graauaie this year from Oregon State Uni versity, where he received a de gree in civil engineering. He will return next year to complete a master's degree. Installation Dinner Set Saturday Evening For New Club Officers An Invitation was read at the June business meeting of the Soroptimist Club of Heppner from the Baker Soroptimist club Inviting local members to attend and participate In Its 25th anni versary meeting on June 29. The Baker club was the sponsor of the charter for the Heppner dub. which In April observed its 17th anniversary. The date of Saturday, June 19, was announced for the annual Installation and Initiation din ner. Officers for the coming year will be installed and initiation held for new members.
