Alfred Bouchee, now serving a church In Indiana, has been called to serve Christian churches In Lexington and Hep pner, it has been announced. Ihe pastor formerly was loca ted at Milton-Freewater and Enterprise. He will assume his duties at the two churches here on July 1. Te Rev. Earl Soward, who has been serving the Lex ington church, will retire from the pulpit at that time. Mrs. Anderson Takes Trip with Daughter Mrs. Willis Roller of Los Al- tos Hills, Calif., came north on a vacation trip two weeks ago and took her mother, Mrs. Nellie Anderson, to Victoria, B. C, on a trip which both enjoyed very muni. Mrs. Anderson mot her daugh ter in Portland on April 30 and they continued on the trip from there. Mr. Roller had stopped at the Rogue River In southern Oregon to enjoy a vacation fish ing, and the Rollers' son went to Modford to visit. Mrs. Roller and Mrs. Anderson stopped at the Memorial Coli seum in Portland to attend the Garden show there and partic ularly enjoyed the men's garden exhibits.
