Public Notices Heppner Soil and Water Conservation District NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING AND ELECTION OF SUPERVISORS To all owners of land lying with in the Heppner Soil and Water Conservation District. Notice is hereby given that on the 4th day of February, 196-1, the annual meeting and the elec tion of three supervisors of the Heppner Soil and Water Conser vation District will be held un der the provisions of the Soil Conservation District Law ORS 568.520. The place of the meeting will be at the Lexington Grange hall between the hours of 7:30 P.M. and 10:00 P.M. Every person, firm and corp oration, state, county, or mun icipality being the record owner of or holding under contract of purchase 10 acres or more of land lying within the said dis trict are eligible to vote. The terms of Robert H. Jepsen, Raymond Lundell, and W. C. Rosewall expire. Candidates to fill the board vacancies may be made by petition signed by 10 land owners. M., for completion of the Music Room and related area of the Heppner High School for School District No. R-l, Morrow County, Oregon, and will then and there be publicly opened.
