Death Takes Former Heppner Pastor W. O. Livingstone, a former pastor of the First Christian church of Heppner, died in Hood River Tuesday, September 4. He was the pastor here when the old church burned in 1922 and was very active in the erection of the present building, as well as organizing and leading the first boy scout troop here. Since his retirement from the active ministry, he had made his home in Hood River with his daughter, Mrs. Lois Talbot. He was 92 years of age at the time of his death. Mr. and Mrs. Frank S. Parker, close friends of the Livingstones, were present for the funeral ser vices, as they were visiting their son and family in Hood River at the time. Trifles make perfection and perfection is no trifle. Michelangelo
