Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Skoubo and son bod were week-end vis itors in Portland at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Way mire. No new commercial or industrial use oi lanu or buildines shall be permitted in the Citv of Boardman In any citv block of a duly dedicated portion of the city or in any nnnlntted area in said city in which fifty per cent or more of the existing main structures are dwellings. Section 3. No new dwellings shall be permitted within the City of Boardman on any lot havinu an averase minimum width of less than fifty feet or a minimum area of less tnan 10.01 10 square feet for the first family and no multiple dwell ing units or additional dwell ings shall be started unless and until a building permit secured from the City of Boaraman after application for the same shall have been made to and shall have been granted by the Com mon Council of the City of Board man after recommendation and report of the City Planning Com mission has been requested by and has been made to the said Common Council. Section 4. Section 7.
