She wore a full lengtn pinK nocaea nylon over taffeta with matching mlttf and carried a noaegay of pink ruses and lily of the valley. lU'st man was Len Ray Schwarz of Heppner and ushers were Don Illermhe, Alfred Furat and Garry Schaad. The wedding music was played by Mrs. Larry Straughan. The reception followed In the Fellowship hall in the church and was arranged by the Mo thers Club of the church using decorations to carry out the pink and white color scheme. Cutting the four-tier cake was Mrs. Elmer McCormack of Beav erton. grandmother of the bride, and Mrs. Don Hlersche. Pouring wore Mrs. Dean Swan, Mrs. Col lins Tucker of La Grande, Mrs. James Parry, cousin of the bride, and Mrs. M. A. Kottmeier of Portland, great aunt of the bride. Beverly Schaad of La Grande, cousin of the bride, was In harce of the guest book. The gift table was attended by Mary Ann Storie and Merlene Teasley, assisted by Bill Schaad and Johnny Swan. The brides mother, Mrs. Schaad was attired In a beige ribbon knit dress with gold ac ccssorlcs and wearing a corsage of Talisman roses and garden as. Mrs. Stout, the groom's mo ther, wore a pale pink dress with white accessories with a corsage of pink roses and gardenias. Mr. and Mr. Ralph ScotL Silver Creek Scene Of Family Reunion Mr. and Mrs. Frank Adklns at tended the Canoy family reunion at Silver Creek Falls on Sunday, and were accompanied by Mrs. Purdy Casebeer and daughter, Mrs. Joyce Townsend and two children. They met their son and family, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Crismon In Portland and spent the night Sunday with them before return' ing to Heppner. One of the oldest members of the Canoy family name, Bill Canoy of Boise, also made the trip to the reunion. First Birthday Honored With Party Little Miss Tina Connor, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mor gan Connor, celebrated her first birthday with a party on Tues day. August 1. Tina was delighted in opening the many gifts, playing games with her small friends and shar ing birthday refreshments.
