Picnic At Cutsforths Celebrates Birthday Monday afternoon LaVerne Van Marter III celebrated his eighth birthday with a picnic at Cutsforth park. His mother, Mrs LaVerne Van Marter, Jr and grandfather, A C Ball took two carloads of child ren to the park. After playing games, a bonfire was built and the guests roasted weiners and marshmallows to go with the rest of the picnic lunch. LaVerne's guests were Jerry Adams, Hal Bergstrom, Billy Wolff, Kelly Green, Bobby Peck, Greg Sweek, James Healy, Mark Mrs Owens Presents Pupils In Recital Piano pupils of Mrs Lucille Owens were presented In a pub-Ik- recital at the Methodist church Sunday afternoon, May 15 with fifty relatives and friends attending.
